施工程序 A、UV面/真空電鍍UV面/PU面
  1、按照油墨：固化劑＝10：1（重量比）加入S-8固化劑并攪拌均勻。
  2、根據(jù)施工粘度要求加入適量稀釋劑。
  3、印制完成后直接過流水線。
  4、UV固化（能量要求大于800-1200mj/cm2，EHT能量計）。
B、ABS/PC+ABS /PC/PMMA/HIPS等
  1、根據(jù)施工粘度要求加入適量稀釋劑。
  2、印制完成后普通烤爐75℃烘烤15-30分鐘。
  3、UV固化（能量要求大于800-1200mj/cm2，EHT能量計）。 
注意事項 1、使用前，應檢查油墨是否與基材適應，基材表面處理程度，基材表面干凈程度（是否有太多脫膜劑、離型劑、油漬），基材的柔韌性和剛性。
2、可用酒精擦拭去除灰塵、油漬、脫除脫膜劑和離型劑。
3、應試印確認后方可批量生產(chǎn)。
